Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jack’s! 🍔

 

This position can be REMOTE

 

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordination and execution of digital marketing strategies. Support campaign execution for local marketing programs and events. The role will work closely with our digital and field marketing team to help launch new stores online and grow sales in targeted markets. 

 

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a passion for the QSR space. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing, to achieve marketing objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with restaurants and the Field Marketing team for all grand openings set-up that includes loyalty app, online sales channels and in-store printed materials and social posts/ads.
  • Support campaign and local marketing needs with external vendors to fulfill field requests, manage the online inventory systems and ensure accurate reporting and invoicing.
  • Be responsive to customers and restaurants who need help understanding digital channels
  • Assist in the optimization of website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic through SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging digital marketing trends, consumer insights, and industry opportunities, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open rates, social media engagement, and online sales, using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.
  • Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing messages with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to demonstrate accuracy and be detail oriented with a passion for excellence
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experienced team player with a desire and ability to work cross-functionally.
