Job Summary
Work in the office 3 days a week helping with administrative tasks, managing QuickBase and cleaning and testing used equipment.
2 days a week working from store to store to repair and change filters and clean coils on HVAC, Also Handy man, Plumbing, electrical issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Evening work on refrigeration and HVAC in 20 +/- stores 15%.
- Manages truck inventory 5%.
- Repairs Facility issues in stores 5%.
- Files and maintains paperwork for inventory, pay card, credit card and Pm compliance 5%.
- Perform inspections of equipment for operation in stock-20%.
- Work in office as tech to repair and test equipment in stock-20%.
- Computer work, office work working with Microsoft office, quick base, reports-30%.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintains HVAC and plumbing needs – roof top units (RTUs), restrooms.
- Maintains electrical systems.
- Maintains interior and exterior of the building.
- Performs Preventative Maintenance checks requiring technical knowledge.
- Perform administrative duties utilizing the QuickBase system.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.
- Protects company assets.
- Handles emergencies.
- Maintains inventory accountability.
- Maintains security.
- Upholds company policy and procedures.
- Maintain interior of building- Flooring, plumbing, paint, patch and misc. repairs.
- Maintain exterior of building, sidewalk maintenance, parking lot maintenance, painting.
- Replace filters and light bulbs as requested.
- Maintain lighting and plumbing equipment- light bulbs, sinks, faucets etc.
- Perform PM checks as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to impact Energy Consumption.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- GED or equivalent.
- Frequent bending, twisting, walking, reaching, lifting to 50 pounds, Walks and stands entire shift on tile floor.
- Strong administrative skills, Computer skills.
- Interacts verbally with customers and employees.
- Taking and giving direction.
- Good personal hygiene.
- Punctuality.
- High energy level.
- High tolerance for STRESS.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Safely climbing and working on top of a ladder up to 24’ off the ground.
- Ability to maintain and operate power tools from small to large equipment.
- Ability to legally and safety operate a motor vehicle.
- Basic knowledge of computers and other technical equipment.
- Working in and outside environment that could include extreme heat, Cold, rain, snow, and other harsh environments.

Skill/Experience Requirements
Candidate must be proficient in 3 or more areas of the following:
- 3 years’ experience with large multi – unit maintenance
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing.
- Knowledge of Lighting, Power systems and Energy consumption.
- Knowledge of Communication systems.
- Knowledge of basic Interior and Exterior building maintenance.
