Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce leader to join our dynamic team at Jack’s. We are seeking a talented and experienced E-Commerce leader to lead our online and delivery presence and help drive our e-commerce strategy forward.

 

As an E-Commerce leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital footprint, enhancing the online customer experience, and driving sales through our online delivery channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize online sales, optimize the user journey, and leverage third party digital platforms to increase brand visibility as we grow throughout the South.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce and delivery strategy aligned with overall business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital presence remains competitive.

 

Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store and delivery platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Monitor and analyze website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance user satisfaction and drive sales.

 

Product Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to showcase our product offerings effectively online and with third party partners. Implement merchandising strategies to highlight featured items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

 

Digital Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the online store and delivery platforms. Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

 

Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction by optimizing the online shopping experience. Implement customer feedback mechanisms, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a user-friendly interface.

 

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize GA4 and other data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and generate reports. Use insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve e-commerce and delivery performance.

 

Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with overall business processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales with third party delivery partners and improving the online customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as GA4 and similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing messages with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to demonstrate accuracy and be detail oriented with a passion for excellence
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experienced team player with a desire and ability to work cross-functionally.
